New WordPress Plugin: This Day In History
Help I need some advice?
I live in Chicago and I am trying to start freelancing. I know graphic design and web design and do a lot of abstract paintings.
I was thinking of trying to get some business from hotels and restaurants, because I could do menus or paintings for them. But how should I go about doing this? If I call they will probably just hang up, if I actually go in and show them my portfolio I feel like they would also just dismiss me right away?
Would it be weird to mail them a letter talking about what I can do and maybe offering them a discount?
I am putting a website up soon..I just really need help with this any suggestions I would appreciate so much
