How should I build my woofer box, and how should I wire the amp?
I’ve looked all over the web and I didnt find a clear definition. Here is the two questions:
I’ve decided that I will build my own box. For my setup, I’ll be using two 12 inch pioneer TS-W301R subs. For the amp, I’ll most likely use the sony XM2002GTR. Here are links to both:

2 Subs (12 inch, single voice coil, 4ohm)

Now here is the question. For my box, It will be a simple rectangular prism design. Do I seperate the speakers by butting a divider in the middle? Or, do I leave the space open?
This obviously leads to another question. Should I bridge the two channels of the amplifier, then run that out to the two subs, or should I connect each sub to its own channel? Thanks.
Run the subs in stereo. You could bridge them by wiring in series. DO NOT BRIDGE TO THE SUBS IN PARALLEL. As long as the subs are receiving the same audio signal, you do not need a divider. Technically, in stereo, it is possible that the left and right speaker could get different signals and cancel each other out. In most cases there would be little to no cancelation, but it’s definitely possible. There is no harm or benifit to putting a divider in the box if both subs receive the same signal. If you are venting the box, I would make it a single chamber and bridge the amp to the speakers in series. If you have not yet bought the subs, buy the DVC instead. You can wire them in series and then parallel to give you a 4 ohm mono load. if you already have the subs, don’t sweat it, the bridged 8 ohm output should be the same as the sum of the 4 ohm stereo output so about 400 watts according to your link. The difference in output from 400 w vs 500 watts is very very small. BTW, shape of the box makes little to no difference. Standing waves is something that was thought to make a huge difference about 20 years ago, but today they know it means almost nothing.
Good catch on the subs, I didn’t see that. You shouldn’t excede the RMS rating on the subs. BTW, those prices stink. You can definitely beat them. The TSW307d4 would be great for the amp you’re looking at. they’re about 400w rms. I know a guy with the 10″ version and they sound great. I would expect the same out of the 12′s. They run about $20 more than you were looking at, but you can probably get them for about the same price on annother website.
