Best laptop in terms of reliability?
I want to know, say the top 5 (in order) brands of laptops in terms of its reliability.
I do not want any money to go into this subject.
I respect everyone’s opinion, however, if you want to answer this question, if you dont mind, please quote some facts and figures to support your answer. Self made graphs or presentations are also appreciated.
Just incase, let me explain what I mean a bit on the word “reliability”.
Reliability of a laptop company will include:
1) Does their computers break very often? and reqire repair?
2) Are customer service any good?
3) If you know, generally speaking, are good quality components used or value stuff that is not that great eg. RAM, HDD, battery.
4) If components does need replacing, are the components easily accessable ie. not hidden under the keyboard etc.
