Please help me with svchost.exe and wuauclt.exe problem.?

I have a Windows XP operating system and have a svchost.exe process takes system.Sometimes P4 100K memory task slows system.Also manager.This especially when I end the svchost.exe process may have played in my computer.Programs audio such as Real Player and work Not when you turn it off Itunes svchost.exe.Plz tell me how to solve this problem. Wuauclt.exe also still working on the task switced manager.Even though I have automatic update Windows, stil wuauclt.exe still working on the task manager.When i end this process again and take back the memory space which slows the computer. Even downloaded Uniblue Registry booster to help me, but I have to pay for it. I want an easy, free way to help me solve this problem.Plz help me with this.

svchost.exe is a process that is needed to run the system .. but there are many cases where a virus can be recorded with the same name in your system and running .. run an analysis virus .. and check how many svchost.exe process is running .. if more .. then it is a virus .. can be removed by the McAfee anti-virus program can only be removed, but come again .. the only option is to reinstall OS ..
