How I can download Microsoft Works word processor of a PC laptop?

I bought Microsoft Works Suite last my computer crashed to regain my speech and stuff … that which occurs when ever loaded onto your computer … I have that .. so I guess you can load on the new computer … I get it all of existence .. and start to rebuild my documents .. and say that I have to re-register my copy of the suite …. I also … then I say can not register the same software for two different computers … Why? I bought it! I did not steal it … I have the same direction as the other team … message me says I have to call Microsoft to get this taken care of … so I did .. they want to charge $ 3.50 per minute flip to answer my question … BS! Is there a way to get around all that crap?

You bought it – and according to the end user license agreement when installed – in one machine (go read the EULA). They may have a procedure for the United Nations to register for the first team and put in a second, but if they're catching multiple installs, which are Obviously, to enforce their rights under the EULA. Perfectly legal.
