Hi guys I've been all morning trying to get on the Internet ….. finally did it ….. I scanned the hard drives through madesafe program director and this is the result …… Error 00000002h c: Documents and Settings Lola Application Data Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Updater AdbeRdr709_en_us.exe Troy viking.gen2 A warning pops up saying my computer is infected with a Trojan virus and can not be quarantined …….. will say that the file "is encrypted and can not be controlled," What does this mean? When attempting to start Sign in to Windows Live Messenger through this is what is displayed on my computer ….. The instruction at "0x745f2780" referenced memory at "0×00000000". The memory could not be "read" click ok to terminate or cancel-bug that had not, Google Updater is installed as the suspect may be something to do with it?? Then Voila! I was able to connect. Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys. Sorry for the waffle …..
If you have a virus, i woulld suggest download AVG antivirus system, very good and is free or priemium. Download this and then back to once you have stopped the virus. Thanks – Lee REMEMBER TO VOTE FOR THE BEST ANSWER.
