For the most part, yes, it's a high end machine mostly. that virtual memory be a bad idea and actually reduces performance. The video card is also lower than normal but not horrible. Hope that helps! (It also recommends upgrading to atleast a 64-bit OS because its only use 1/16th of your processor. Since it is a 32-bit OS, only with his 1/4th of each core)
