A recent study by two German universities found that when it comes to the optimization of memory retrieval, the secret may be right under our noses.
Published in the journal Science, the study was a group of medical students memorize the location of card pairs on a computer screen. Half an hour later, students went to sleep and received bursts of rose scents by wearing masks. After waking up and remembering the location couple of cards, the researchers found that:
* The students improved their performance on the memory test by 13% – a great sign for institutions PLACE exam who have problems with memorization;
* And the scientists concluded that their results improved (an average of 97% versus 86%) was not result of practice, as test results were lower when students did not get the rose smell.
When it comes to preparing PLACE test, use this study for inspiration. Light a scented candle in the study guide test study site, and spray a perfume with the scent of roses on the pillow before bedtime. PLACE pass the test in no time!
Exercise does more than relieve stress test PLACE
A lot of test PLACE practice guidelines emphasize the importance of exercise to reduce stress tests. However, recent studies have revealed that more exercise and PLACE test preparation than it seems …
… According to a study by the Northwest of Medicine, the highest student weight, the worst of memory retrieval. By linking the cytokine hormone (which can be found in certain types of body fat) levels of knowledge, researchers revealed that those with higher levels of cytokines scored worse on memory tests than those with low levels of cytokines.
So when it comes to studying the study guide instead of test, which means everything? Regular exercise can reduce your stress levels and levels of cytokines. Since both can have an impact in their levels of cytokines, this means that exercise is the key to the effectiveness PLACE (Program for Licensing Assessment for Colorado Educators) preparing for the exam!
