We tried everything … so does anyone have any solution to this problem is, or how we can fix it? We have Windows XP. We hope to find the problem and fix it ourselves before looking for a computer repair shop. Nothing appears in the analysis of virus or spyware scans, however, when go back to the team after having entered into screen saver mode, the screen is black, and do nothing, and when I restart, up comes the blue screen of death! Is there anything we can do right now, and what is coming?? I like to think that our team "crashed" is only a year-1 / 2 old. Thanks for any advice.
Hard to diagnose this – if you google the stop error code this may be a clue also to say memory dump physics that can be tilted to a problem with the ram – but not always – and the best fastest way to find out is to test out the windows – visit link below for a diagnosis of MS memory – run this and if the errors shown below, is a hardware failure if no error found after Diags a bit most needed are Abole to enter safe mode, click Start> Control Panel Administrator Tools> Event Viewer on the left three > Application Options> Security System, click the> application look to the left of the errors on the right double-click> on these and this should give you a description> google this information can give vital clues to do the same with the system> again the results of Google – Beware you will get some errors, as they have gone into safe mode – ignore anything related to DCOM and TCP / IP and nothing to do with networking I hope this helps Need more help or IM (if I'm online) to me or my e-mail with the results
