"I can add 64MB to 128MB on my XP? I'm not good teams, but I know if I can add memory?

No, not compatible if you install it in the second RAM slot. because your current RAM is running @ 133 MHz bus, but the Samsung PC100-322-620 running @ 100MHz and this will cause stability problem in the PC.However, you can install the new Samsung individual and remove the old RAM.
