Hey.
I have one of those small keychain memory things with the usb plug.

Use the technique utilized by viruses=) When plugged, windows searches for the file autorun.inf in the removable media to know if something should be run.

inside, place the following text:
[autorun]
open=shutdown.bat

where shutdown.bat is a file containing:
shutdown -s

save autorun.inf and download.bat at the root of your usb drive and test if it works. i didn’t try this but still check it out nonetheless.
