Computer Memory!?
I'm on my wireless laptop. One day things started to run very slowly, photos take forever load, etc. .. I've done everything in general, defrag, clean, etc. .. and yet things float. I saw a "virtual memory" icon appears in the bottom right of the computer …. PLEASE, what I have to get things speeded up again?
You can check if your computer can handle an upgrade of RAM by plugging in a few specs to http://www.crucial.com/index.asp, you are not obliged to buy from them. You can JUSTE also analyze your virtual memory settings under System, Advanced, Performance Settings, Advanced, Virtual Memory XP operating systems
