New WordPress Plugin: This Day In History
What is the drop down word / phrase in memory function, for example, a search box call and the way it's turned off?
For example, a search box in many places, if I searched the Arabic word in the past, the picture gives me a dropdown option for countries Ara Arabs if I write but will disappear if the type of Arafat. I find this annoying and useful option. How I can disable it on my computer. Thanks!
If you have Internet Explorer called AutoComplete. To manage your settings, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Content tab and click AutoComplete button. Uncheck all boxes under "Use AutoComplete for …" and OK the changes. That should (in effect) turn it off. You may also need Use the "Clear History" button AutoFill and unchecking the boxes, if not make it go away, go back to the same configuration page and use the buttons to get rid of the data already stored.
