My computer memory is 100% capacity. I can delete programs because not enough memory?
If the memory is 100% in use * * Disable the programs running. Memory has nothing to do with the disposal programs. Deletes programs storage (hard drives, storage cards, etc) not from memory. If your hard drive is 100% full, you will have to mount it on another computer (or start with a live CD) and delete files. You can not delete a boot disk 100% full in Windows, if you add an external drive or not.
