How does a PC memory loss?
When you buy a new PC, you have a great deal of disk space advertised (RAM) and memory (ROM). Of course, some of this space will be occupied by the system (Windows) and software user (MS Office, Open Office, etc), but most of the memory will be yours to do with as you please.
As time passes, people are often very surprised to see how much of your memory (RAM) is used, even without them using other programs, but installed in the beginning. But if you meet the team all programs and applications are available below, memory loss and much less space is a problem. But what if you have not installed any software or software from the initial configuration and keep note that the free hard disk space is getting smaller? Well. What is left. You may have a virus. If you've looked / searched through your files and folders, and has not been able to find files or programs that are very large, rarely used and then obviously expendable, may have a virus.
A virus is a type of a secret murderer of memory and disk space, and nothing can slow down your computer more efficient and much less detectable. If you suspect your PC is infected, seek help immediately. You can find several good antivirus programs on the web. McAfee has one, and so does Microsoft. There are quite a few scanners available free on the Internet. One that I know of many years of use is Avira antivirus. They allow you to download a free copy of your antivirus software.
It's easy to install and provides the security you are looking for and is a great help to keep your system free of problems. A virus program and knowledge of large downloads and copying up files must retain their
memory (hard disk) relatively healthy. And to keep the reading speed of the hard drive must be familiar with a good tool that comes with Windows. Its name comes DiskDefragment and you will find in the System Tools folder in the Accessories folder. (Commissioning Tools All Programs-Accessories-System). Run the program twice a month and allowed to join all the files on your disk defragmentation. You can see and feel the difference in working speed of your computer. I hope this helps.
