is that the shared memory or dedicated memory.??

Share ram can use normal ram when it needs more (e.g. when it runs out while playing high spec games) and dedicated doesn’t. I usually would go with more ram the better but it also depends on the card itself, the manufacturer, clock speed, power usage etc… you should run a search on google for reviews of each card to know which is best.
